To ease the distribution VDO have distribution plan for each union council. For distribution VDO formed a ten members committee. In the committee six members were VDO staff and four were VDO volunteers.
Before distribution the committee distributed token to the beneficiaries door to door and facilitate them about the distribute point and process. The team also conveys the message that this token is free of cost. On 08 August 2012 VDO received the delivery of NFI items on warehouse and keep them safe.
On dated 09 August 2012 VDO started distribution with the recitation of holy verses and Mr. Ali gave some presentation regarding the distribution. VDO distributed funded NFIs/Roof kits items in targeted 350 hundred beneficiaries at distribution point village Baqa Dhari in union council Soomar Faquir. In distribution IOM respected team Mr.Irshad Abbassi and Ms Ambar Gahoo, participated up to the end of distribution & monitor the distribution process.
On dated August 10, 2012 in union council Maldasi @ Maldasi goth the distribution started with the recitation of holy Quran. The Ex-district Nazim Mr. Peer Bux Dero inaugurated the distribution in presence of IOM respected team & VDO. The process continuously held up to the targeted 150 beneficiaries received the Relief Items. IOM respected team, Mr. Irshad Abbassi & Ms. Ambar Gahoo also monitor the transparent way adopted by the VDO team.
VDO team play active role in distribution along with IOM team. The distribution ensured to proper beneficiaries. VDO support equal opportunity to the targeted male , female, girls and boys without on any religious, race, cast, political or any other influence. In distribution process VDO manage the system such as token entry, CNIC evidence, beneficiaries list, sign/thumbs and supporting those NFI items in proper way. In this way all the distribution remained in proper way according to agreement.
In the distribution place there were no other source for distribution so only VDO distributed IOM supplies.
